Michael Hart, CFA, has a diverse background in finance and engineering, with significant experience in equity research and corporate finance. Starting as an Analyst/Developer at Goldman Sachs from July 2008 to June 2012, Michael developed computer programs for interest rate derivative traders. Following this, Michael held positions at Evercore as an Equity Research Associate from August 2014 to August 2016, and at Guggenheim Partners as Vice President of Equity Research from September 2016 to May 2018, where responsibilities included leading analysis on various telecom and data center REITs. Michael transitioned to Meta, where roles included Finance Manager for Network Infrastructure from May 2018 to December 2021, and Director of Corporate Finance in March 2025. Michael holds an MBA with Dean's Honors & Distinction from Columbia Business School and dual degrees (AB in Engineering Sciences and BE in Engineering) from Dartmouth College.
