Michael Lewis is an accomplished data scientist and technology leader with extensive experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and fintech. Currently serving as a Data Scientist at Meta since October 2025, Michael co-founded TIFIN AXIS, where the role as Chief Technology Officer involved launching an AI platform for wealth enterprises. Previously, as Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of TIFIN, Michael contributed to scaling AI-native fintech startups and led innovative machine learning platforms for asset managers. Prior experience includes leadership at Valyant AI, managing machine learning engineering at Ibotta, and analytical roles at Analysis Group and Magnum Real Estate. Michael holds a B.S. in Systems Science and Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and completed a data science immersive program at Galvanize.
