Michael Reavis is an accomplished Learning and Development professional with extensive experience in creating innovative learning solutions across various organizations. At Meta, Michael serves as a Strategic Learning Lead, focusing on privacy and regulatory risks while collaborating with business leaders and stakeholders to develop targeted learning experiences. Prior to this role, Michael held multiple senior positions at KPMG US, including Executive Director of Learning and Development, where transformative strategies were implemented to enhance learning experiences for Audit professionals. Michael’s career encompasses over 17 years of experience in learning design, curriculum development, and stakeholder relationship management, reinforced by a solid academic foundation in Accounting from Appalachian State University, which includes both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree.
