Michael Whiteman is an experienced cybersecurity professional with a focus on product and application security. At WW (formerly Weight Watchers), Michael established the organization's first Product Security team and developed a multi-year strategy for security maturity, including a global bug bounty program and a vulnerability management workflow. Michael has also served as a Technical Lead for Product Security at Meta, as well as a part-time Adjunct Cybersecurity Instructor at Baruch College, where the first Ethical Hacking course was authored and taught. Prior roles include key positions at Accenture, where Michael significantly contributed to the growth of the Threat & Vulnerability Management practice. Most recently, Michael led Praetorian's Product Security practice, managing a team of security engineers and practice managers. Michael holds a BS with Honors in Management Information Systems from The University of Connecticut.
