Michela Marini

Michela Marini is an experienced project manager and program coordinator with a background in managing research and design projects across various organizations. With early roles at Politecnico di Milano and the Interaction Design Institute Ivrea, Michela has developed expertise in managing budgets, facilitating collaboration, and overseeing operational logistics. A chief of staff at The Learning Accelerator, Michela provided strategic operational support and successfully led remote operations. At Meta, Michela currently serves as a Design Program Manager, focusing on the Shops Ads Team. Notable past positions include contract project manager, where Michela collaborated with start-ups and design consultancies, as well as program manager for initiatives promoting leadership development for creative womxn and non-binary leaders. Michela holds multiple degrees from prestigious institutions, including a Bachelor of Science (Honors) from Brunel University and a Master of Science from Politecnico di Milano.
