Michele Thiede

Michele Thiede is an accomplished instructional design professional with extensive experience in leading learning solutions for major organizations, including Bank of America, PwC, and Meta. Since April 2022, Michele has served as the Director of the Global Operations Learning Organization at Meta. Previous roles include Vice President and Assistant Vice President at Bank of America, where Michele managed end-to-end learning design and coaching initiatives across Canada and the UK. With a strong educational background that includes a Master's degree in Instructional Design and a Bachelor's degree in English from Lehigh University, Michele has consistently contributed to the development of innovative learning solutions and performance enhancements throughout a diverse career spanning over two decades.
