Michelle Cronin has over 15 years of experience in learning and development, diversity, equity, and inclusion within prominent technology companies. Starting as an Online Operations Account Coordinator at Google in 2005, Michelle progressed through various roles, including Learning and Development Specialist, Global Programs Team Manager, and APAC People Development Manager. Michelle later served as the Head of APAC Diversity & Inclusion at Google from April 2016 to May 2017, before taking on the role of Head of Learning & Development for APACx at Uber from June 2017 to June 2018. Currently, Michelle holds the position of Head of APAC Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Meta. Michelle's academic background includes an MSc in Advertising from Technological University Dublin and a degree in English and Psychology from University College Cork.
