Michelle Moon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in regulatory engagement, compliance, and legal operations. As the Co-Founder and Director of Princeton Alumni Angels from January 2015 to September 2023, Michelle has played a pivotal role in supporting alumni-led ventures. Current engagements include membership at Chief and the role of Head of Risk and Compliance Programs within the People Team at Meta, where responsibilities have evolved since February 2021 to include various leadership positions focused on brand protection, trust and safety, and proactive enforcement. Previous experience encompasses legal and operational roles at organizations such as Touch of Modern, Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, and prominent law firms, along with leadership at the Princeton Club of Northern California. Michelle holds degrees from Princeton University and Case Western Reserve University School of Law, along with educational backgrounds from Phillips Exeter Academy and Tower Hill School.
