Mihir Contractor has a robust background in engineering, technology strategy, and operational leadership, with extensive experience in the plastics and technology sectors. Mihir began a career at General Electric - Plastics as a Technical Leader, launching innovations in optical grade polycarbonate and optimizing manufacturing processes for a range of applications. Subsequent roles included Product Marketing Manager and leadership in the Technical Leadership Program. Mihir transitioned to Meta, serving as Director of Strategic Sourcing & Business Operations and later in Technology Strategy for augmented and mixed reality devices. At Nilkamal Limited, Mihir held the position of Senior Vice President, leading a team of 600 to enhance material handling solutions. Prior experience includes a Senior Manager role at Apple, overseeing global supply chain operations for mechanical enclosure components. Mihir holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a dual Bachelor’s and Master’s in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where Mihir achieved class valedictorian honors.
