Mihir Vaidya is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and software development across prominent companies. As Co-Founder and VP of Engineering at ReadyPulse, Mihir played a pivotal role in scaling the company to a multi-million dollar entity and orchestrating its successful merger with Experticity. Prior to this, Mihir served as a Software Engineer and later a Senior Software Engineer at Microsoft, where contributions included the development of the Office Communications Server and enhancing Bing's social search capabilities. At Facebook, Mihir advanced to the role of Senior Engineering Manager, overseeing Meta's Video Streaming Platform before becoming Director of Engineering at Meta, leading global efforts in media infrastructure across major platforms. Mihir began a career in engineering at Alcatel, where the first SIP Protocol stack was developed.
