Mikhail Dolinin

Mikhail Dolinin is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in leading teams and developing complex technology solutions. Mikhail began a career at MERA, working on Nortel GSM HLR services, and later held roles at Rambler, where Mikhail focused on vertical searches and entity extraction. Mikhail transitioned to TLMCom, leading a team on mobile applications, before taking on the role of SDEII at Microsoft, contributing to the Query Understanding Platform for Bing Experiences. Mikhail then served as a Senior Software Engineer at Google, overseeing projects related to user trust anomaly detection and time-sensitive updates in content ads targeting. After a tenure at Dropbox working on a runtime service discovery platform, Mikhail joined Meta in July 2025 as a Software Engineer. Mikhail holds a Master’s degree in Data Management and Processing from Нижегородский Государственный Технический Университет им. Р.Е.Алексеева.
