Mingran Y. is a dedicated researcher and engineer with extensive experience in software engineering and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as a Research Scientist at Meta since May 2025, Mingran Y. focuses on AI and Systems Co-Design. Previously, Mingran Y. interned at Microsoft in June 2024, working on adapting large language models for network and system domain applications, and at Juniper Networks as a Software Engineer Intern in May 2022. Additional experience includes a Software Engineer Intern role at NI (National Instruments) and serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at both Massachusetts Institute of Technology from August 2020 to April 2025 and Carnegie Mellon University from January 2019 to May 2020. Mingran Y. is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, expected to complete in 2025.
