Miroo Lee

Miroo Lee, PhD, is an accomplished linguist with extensive teaching and research experience. From June 2012 to June 2015, Miroo served as an English Teacher at DYB and later at Ho-Pyeong Middle School. Miroo contributed as an Undergrad and Graduate Research Assistant at Hanyang University, where significant work included collecting and processing speech prosody data. At the University of Pittsburgh, Miroo worked as a Graduate Lab Researcher, focusing on speech perception data analysis, and held positions as a Graduate Teaching Fellow, instructing courses in linguistics. Miroo taught a communicative conversation course at the English Language Institute and has recently engaged in roles including a Korean Language Auditor at Scale AI and a Linguist at Meta. Miroo holds a PhD in Linguistics from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master's in English Linguistics from Hanyang University, and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Hanyang University.
