Moe Tabar

Engineering Leader

Moe Tabar has extensive experience in electrical engineering and computer architecture, holding prominent positions at major technology companies and educational institutions. From January 2013 to May 2016, Moe served as an IC Component Designer at Intel Corporation, and prior to that, worked as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Southern California, teaching graduate-level courses in ECE. Research as a Postdoc Scholar involved developing asynchronous circuits with significant power savings, while earlier work as a Research Assistant focused on creating a CAD framework to mitigate manufacturing defects in logic circuits. At Google, Moe held the role of Engineering Manager from June 2016 to March 2022 and currently serves as an Engineering Leader at Meta since March 2022. Educational qualifications include a BS in Hardware & Software Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology, a Master's in Computer Architecture from Sharif University of Technology, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
