Mohammed Oosman

Mohammed Oosman has extensive experience in recruitment and education, with a career spanning various roles in prominent organizations. Mohammed began as a Teaching Assistant at Florida International University from August 2010 to May 2011, instructing undergraduate students in Biology laboratory sessions. Following this, Mohammed joined Meta in March 2018, where positions included Technical Recruiter for Machine Learning and University Recruiter for Software Engineering, managing recruiting processes across prestigious universities such as Harvard, MIT, and Yale. Mohammed also led teams in technical recruitment and built relationships with faculty while managing the full-cycle recruiting process for PhD candidates. Before that, Mohammed worked at Twilio Inc. from August 2011 to March 2013 as a Technical Recruiter, focusing on engineering and establishing the University Recruiting Program. Mohammed holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences from Florida International University.
