Molly Gonzalez

Molly (McCormick) Gonzalez has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management, having held key positions at several organizations. Notable roles include Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Northrop Grumman and Business Solutions Manager at Ultimate Staffing. Molly also served as Head of Staff at Hammerhead Beach Camp and worked as a Coordinator at Career Group. At Meta, a significant portion of time was spent as a Technical Sourcer and later as a Senior Technical Sourcer and Sourcing Lead. Molly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Computer Science from Sonoma State University, completed in 2014, and graduated from Notre Dame Academy in 2010.
