James Yang Mu-Du has extensive experience in project and security management across various leading companies. As the Project Manager for the Taiwan High-Speed Railway at Panasonic from 2003 to 2008, James oversaw critical aspects including schedule, interface, health and safety, and supply chain management during the project's final handover phase.
