Narayanan Raghavan

Narayanan Raghavan has extensive experience in technology leadership, particularly in cloud services and enterprise applications, spanning multiple leadership roles at Red Hat from 2011 to 2013 and a current position as Senior Director of Production Engineering at Meta, beginning in April 2025. At Red Hat, Narayanan served as Vice President for Hybrid Cloud Management and Senior Director of Service Delivery, where responsibilities included leading site reliability engineering, integrating complex systems, and managing significant engineering budgets. Key achievements include establishing partnerships with AWS and Microsoft that resulted in substantial cost savings, and developing frameworks for integrating critical enterprise applications. Narayanan holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, and has completed leadership development programs at Red Hat.
