Natalie Stepp

Natalie Stepp, PMP, has extensive experience in project and program management across various companies. At LightEdge Solutions, Natalie served as Senior Project Manager in the PMO and product development from March 2014 to May 2018, overseeing product launch cycles and ensuring adherence to the SDP process. Prior experience includes a Senior Project Manager role at McLeodUSA from 1995 to 2003 and serving in multiple capacities such as Program Manager, DCC Project Manager, and Global Supply Manager at Meta from August 2022 to November 2024. Additionally, Natalie worked as a Major Account Executive at PAETEC from July 2003 to July 2008, managing key accounts. Educationally, Natalie holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Des Moines Area Community College and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Grand View University.
