Neel Doshi

Neel Doshi currently serves as an Implementation Engineer at Meta since April 2025, following a tenure as a Physical Design Engineer at Amazon from November 2022 to April 2025, where contributions included working on low power SoCs for Alexa devices and generation of timing constraints. Prior to Amazon, Neel held the position of Sr Lead Engineer at Qualcomm from August 2018 to November 2022, focusing on 3nm PNR & STA and 3DIC implementation, as well as serving as a Senior Engineer responsible for ASIC designs and static timing analysis. Neel began the career at eInfochips from January 2015 to August 2018, progressing from a Physical Design Engineer Trainee to a Physical Design Engineer, managing a range of blocks from RTL to GDS in 16nm technology. Neel holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Gujarat Technological University, attained from January 2009 to January 2013.
