Nicholas Neo has extensive experience in tax policy and management, having served as Director and Group Tax Specialist at the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) from January 2018 to September 2020. Following this role, Nicholas transitioned to Meta, where the position of Head of APAC Tax Policy and Public Policy Manager, Tax (APAC) was held until August 2022. Academically, Nicholas achieved summa cum laude honors while earning a Bachelor of Business Management and a Bachelor of Accountancy from Singapore Management University between 2003 and 2007. Further education includes a Sloan Masters in Leadership and Strategy with Distinction from London Business School in 2017 and participation in an International Exchange Programme at Copenhagen Business School in 2006.
