Nick Lancaster

Nick Lancaster has extensive experience in operations management and mechanical systems within both military and corporate settings. As a Critical Operations Manager at Facebook from May 2018 to November 2021, Nick oversaw critical operations, building on a strong foundation developed in the US Navy, where roles included Operations Officer for Submarine Squadron 19 and various positions on submarines, including Department Manager and Nuclear Submarine Officer. Notably, Nick managed significant responsibilities involving scheduling, training, and quality assurance across teams and operational units with substantial assets. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington, along with completion of the JPME Phase 1 at Naval War College.
