Nicolette O'Brien

Nicolette O'Brien has extensive experience in human resources, having held strategic roles across various organizations. O'Brien began as an HR Generalist at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where responsibilities included employee relations and performance management. Following this, O'Brien served as a Reward Consultant at Watson Wyatt, focusing on total rewards and compensation analysis. At O2 Ireland, O'Brien progressed from HR Business Partner to Head of HR, where significant contributions included developing the people strategy for Ireland and managing HR operations. Subsequently, O'Brien worked as an HR Business Partner at Facebook before taking on the role of Human Resources Director at Meta.
