Nikhil Krishnan is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in computer vision and robotics. From July 2021 to August 2023, Nikhil served as a Senior Computer Vision Engineer and later as Lead Computer Vision Engineer at Aren. Prior to this, Nikhil worked at Sea Machines Robotics as a Perception Software Engineer and Autonomy Software Engineer, where contributions included developing AI solutions for the marine industry and enhancing self-driving boat technology. Nikhil began a career as a Robotics Intern at aescape and also gained valuable experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania, focusing on humanoid robotics and navigation solutions. Nikhil holds multiple degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, including a Master of Science in Engineering Robotics and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering. Currently, Nikhil is a Research Engineer at Meta since February 2025.
