Nikki Vo

Nikki Vo is an accomplished legal professional with significant experience in litigation and intellectual property law. Currently serving as Director and Associate General Counsel at Meta since September 2023, Nikki manages the company's AI litigation docket and litigation related to news content, a role previously held since October 2017 as the Head of IP Litigation. Nikki's legal career includes positions as a law clerk for The Honorable John T. Noonan at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and The Honorable Dana M. Sabraw at the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. Additional experience encompasses an associate position at Paul Hastings and as Of Counsel at Keker, Van Nest & Peters LLP.
