Nilisha Virmani

Nilisha Virmani is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and executive coaching. Currently serving as the HR Business Partner and Country Lead for India at Meta since January 2019, Nilisha has previously held key HR roles at Flipkart.com and Google, where responsibilities included supporting corporate functions, devising people strategies, and leading core HR processes. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College for Women and a Master's in Human Resources Management and Business from Aston University.
