Nima Raie

Nima Raie is an IT support specialist currently employed at Meta since September 2024, focusing on enhanced technical support, remote troubleshooting, software installation, system monitoring, error identification, and technical documentation, as well as mobile device management. Prior to this role, Nima worked as a Field Engineer at Unisys from February to September 2024, diagnosing and repairing laptops and desktops. Nima also gained experience as an IT Technician at EMR CPR from April 2023 to January 2024. Nima holds a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University, which was completed between January and March 2024.
