Nimrod Nir is an experienced software engineer currently employed at Meta since January 2024. Previously, Nimrod worked at the Weizmann Institute of Science as a lab worker in early 2018, followed by a role as an algorithm engineer and later as a leader engineer at the Samsung Israel R&D Center from May 2018 to September 2020. Prior to returning to Meta in November 2021, Nimrod contributed as a software engineer at the same company until January 2024. Nimrod holds a Master of Science degree in Physics from the Weizmann Institute of Science, completed between 2015 and 2017, and a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Computer Science from The Hebrew University, earned from 2012 to 2015.
