Nitin Mathur has a solid background in project management and engineering, with extensive experience in leading project teams and enhancing operational efficiencies within the construction and infrastructure sectors. Starting as a Project Engineer at Towell Engineering Group, Nitin successfully implemented an ERP system that significantly reduced material wastage and improved productivity. Nitin advanced to roles such as Project Consultant at Project Technologies Group and Director of Project Management Services at Gaea Global Technologies, where significant portfolio growth was achieved while managing complex program integrations. Currently, as an Infrastructure Program Manager at Meta, Nitin spearheads scheduling process improvements and vendor cash flow forecasting, leading cross-functional teams to drive automation and efficiency.
