Olga Grynenko

Olga Grynenko has diverse experience in software engineering and risk analysis, having worked in various prestigious organizations. Initial exposure to the field came from a trainee position at VTB, where practical training focused on risk modeling. Subsequently, at PwC Tax&Legal Ukraine, expertise in IT audit and risk assurance was developed through the analysis of methodologies. Olga's tenure at Grammarly included roles as a Software Engineer in Experimentation Platform, Growth, and Data Platform, where significant contributions were made in designing systems, developing customer-facing features, and enhancing the Experimentation System. Currently, Olga is a Software Engineer at Meta, with prior experience at Commute Marker, where a web app was developed and deployed. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in System Analysis from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University, achieving GPAs of 3.76 and 3.9, respectively.
