Olina Yu

Olina Yu is an experienced data professional with a strong background in data engineering, analytics, and risk assessment. During a tenure at RBC from June 2017 to December 2020, Olina served as a Senior Analyst in the Risk BI System, focusing on data analytics and automatic reporting using Python and SAS. Subsequent roles included Data Engineer positions at Meta, where responsibilities encompassed AI/ML operations and user engagement analysis for Facebook videos. Prior to working at Meta, Olina held the position of Senior BI Developer at Nuula, leading data engineering and ML model metrics analysis. Olina’s academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Computational Mathematics from the University of Waterloo, an exchange program at Dalian University of Technology, and a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Math and Statistics from Ocean University of China.
