Oshan P.

Oshan Poudyal has a solid background in engineering and project management, having earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of New Mexico between 2018 and 2022. As a Research Assistant at the University of New Mexico School of Engineering from May 2021 to May 2022, Oshan developed reinforcement learning algorithms in Python to aid first responders in disaster management and rescue operations. Currently, Oshan holds the position of Technical Program Manager (TPM) for Infrastructure Capacity at Meta, where responsibilities include scaling hyperscale infrastructure and overseeing data-center operations, equipped with skills in capacity planning, performance optimization, and program management. Oshan is pursuing a Master of Science in Project Management at the University of New Mexico from 2025 to 2026.
