Ossie Roycroft

Ossie Roycroft possesses extensive experience in program management and recruitment within leading organizations. At Microsoft, Ossie managed the PhD intern program, overseeing over 450 interns annually and developing a $14M budget. Roles included Sr Events and Program Manager, focusing on educational programs aimed at enhancing skill development in Microsoft technologies, as well as various recruiting positions that involved full life cycle recruiting and optimizing hiring processes. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Director of Student Affairs at the University of Central Florida and as Director of Student Activities at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, managing student operations and staff. Currently, Ossie serves as a Program Manager at Meta, specializing in developing and supporting early-career talent initiatives. Educational qualifications include an M.A. in Educational Leadership and a B.A. in Psychology, both from the University of Central Florida.
