Parul Dutt

Parul Dutt is currently the Associate General Counsel at Meta. Previously, as a Product Counsel at Google, they played a vital role in managing risks throughout the product lifecycle while facilitating informed legal and business decisions. Parul also served as the Senior Legal Counsel at Inphi Corporation and Interim General Counsel at Cortina Systems, where they managed M&A transactions and provided comprehensive legal support. They hold an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a B.A. in History and Political Science from Lady Shri Ram College for Women.
