Pascal Pecci

Pascal Pecci is a highly experienced engineer specializing in submarine cable systems and optical transmission technologies. With a PhD in Telecommunications and a DEA in Optics Image Signal, Pascal's career includes significant roles at Alcatel Lucent Submarine Networks as a Senior System Design Engineer and later as Chief Engineer and Technical Solutions Manager, where responsibilities included promoting technical solutions and modeling submarine optical transmission systems.
