Pat Brennan

Pat Brennan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services across various sectors, including data centers and construction. Brennan began a career at Rodgers Builders, serving as MEP Manager and successfully implementing estimating strategies that resulted in over $400 million in contracts. In the role of Director of MEP Services at BE&K Building Group, Brennan focused on RFP presentations and subcontract scope development for key disciplines. Brennan's tenure at Bank of America included significant involvement in the Global Data Center Strategy Program, overseeing mission-critical facilities with budgets exceeding $800 million. More recently, Brennan held roles at Amazon Web Services and Meta, managing new region programs and development efforts for large-scale data center projects, including leading complex site planning and logistical strategies.
