Pat Sukhum

Pat Sukhum is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Meta since February 2022, focusing on search and ranking within the Meta Quest ecosystem. Previously, Pat served as a Machine Learning Engineer at Instagram and as a Software Engineer, contributing to small and medium business growth. Pat also has experience as a Teaching Fellow at Harvard's John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and interned as a Software Engineer at Facebook, where work involved limiting video misinformation. Notably, Pat conducted research at MIT CSAIL on deep convolutional models for visual saliency and earned a Master of Science in Data Science from Harvard University, following a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Economics from New York University.
