Patrick Conway

Patrick Conway has extensive experience in sales enablement, training, and quality assurance, primarily within the technology and digital marketing sectors. At TikTok, from October 2020 to August 2023, Patrick served as Head of Training for EMEA, leading the development of sales training programs and overseeing a quality assurance team. Previous roles include Head of Sales Enablement at NextRoll, where Patrick conducted product trainings globally, and various sales management positions at AdRoll, achieving recognition as a top performer. Patrick co-founded NoteHome, completed a paid accelerator program through JP Morgan Chase, and holds a Bachelor of Business Studies and a Master of Science in Electronic Commerce from Dublin City University, alongside participating in a global challenge program at UC Berkeley. Currently, Patrick is a Regional Sales Enablement Manager at Meta.
