Patrick Pan

Patrick Pan has extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple technology companies. As General Manager at Microsoft from March 2018 to July 2022, Patrick led the public sector group in Taiwan, focusing on business performance and organizational vision. Prior to Microsoft, Patrick served as Taiwan Regional Manager at CA Technologies, where responsibilities included sales strategy and marketing efforts. In the role of Client Unit Executive at IBM, Patrick managed the Communications Sector, reporting to senior executives. As Taiwan Country Manager at Citrix, Patrick drove sales operations and business development across various technology solutions. Currently, as Head of Taiwan and Hong Kong at Meta, Patrick oversees operations and promotes economic growth through digital adoption. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and a Master of Business Administration in Management Information Systems, both from National Chengchi University.
