Paul André

Paul André is the Director of Research at Meta, where they leverage over 15 years of industry and academic experience in research. They founded and grew the Workplace research team and contributed to establishing research within the London Facebook office. Previously, Paul worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Carnegie Mellon University and held various roles at Facebook focused on sharing, privacy, and workplace research. Paul holds a PhD in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Southampton, where they also earned a Master of Engineering in Computer Science.
