Paul Javid is an experienced product management professional specializing in AI devices, currently leading Health AI at Meta's Reality Labs since August 2025. In addition, Paul has been advising early-stage startups on product strategy and market execution since November 2022. Notable previous roles include co-founder and CEO of Oseh, where Paul developed an AI-powered mental health app recognized for high user engagement, as well as CEO and head of product at Alo Moves, achieving substantial revenue and growth metrics. Earlier experiences include leading the Yammer acquisition at Microsoft and co-founding Digital StudyHall to enhance rural education in India.
