Pegah Valeh

Pegah Valeh is a seasoned professional in customer experience and insights, currently serving as the Head of Global CX at Reality Labs within Meta. Valeh has a strong background in customer experience management, having held the position of Manager, Voice of Guest at lululemon. Prior to that, Valeh gained valuable experience at Best Buy Canada, where roles included Senior Analyst - NPS & Consumer Insights and Consumer Insights Analyst, as well as Pricing Coordinator. Valeh began a career in research as a Research Analyst at the Iran Telecom Research Center. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Tehran.
