Peng GAO is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in leading software development projects across various organizations, including Microsoft, Meta, IBM, and others. At Microsoft, Peng contributed to the Customer Insight team to enhance usability and developed testing frameworks for Lync 2013. Currently serving as a tech lead at Meta, Peng has successfully expanded a team’s capacity from one to five individuals. Previous roles include significant work on JavaEE application servers, finance monitoring systems for regulatory bodies, and advanced technology prototyping. Peng holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Physics from Nanjing University.
