Peng Qi

Peng Qi is an accomplished engineering manager with experience in software engineering and research. Notably, Peng served as a research assistant at the University of Southern California, developing a crawling engine and providing SQL scripts. Subsequently, a tenure as a software engineer at Facebook involved enhancing messenger performance, reliability, and security features, including end-to-end encryption. Currently, Peng leads the end-to-end encryption platform team at Meta. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce from Shandong Normal University and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California, achieving high academic standards throughout.
