Peter Bristol

Peter Bristol is an accomplished industrial design professional with extensive experience in leading design teams and projects. Peter served as Head of Industrial Design at Facebook from October 2018 to October 2021, transitioning to Meta in October 2021, where Peter currently holds the position of Head of Industrial Design and Vice President of Industrial Design. Prior to this, Peter held roles as an Industrial Designer and Senior Industrial Designer at Carbon Design Group and as an Industrial Designer at Dragstrip Design > Superbig Collective. Peter also gained valuable experience as an Industrial Design Intern at Cascade Designs and as a Creative Director at Carbon Design Group. Notably, Peter contributed to Oculus VR as Head of Industrial Design and Creative Director from July 2014 to October 2018. Peter holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Design from Western Washington University, obtained in 2004.
