Hayes co-founded Vibby and has been an investor at Givebutter since 2022, a platform that has facilitated over $2 billion in donations. Additionally, Hayes held positions as a Data Scientist at Twitter, contributing to various segments, and as an Adjunct Professor at NYU Stern School of Business, teaching data science. Hayes's early career includes a role as a Research Assistant at New York University, analyzing the Sharing Economy's impact on employment trends. Currently, Hayes serves as a board member for TAVtech and is also a member of The Alexander Hamilton Society.
