Philip Menke is a highly skilled software engineer with extensive experience in developing and managing software applications across various organizations. Having worked at Lockheed Martin, Intel Corporation, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Novetta, and Meta, Philip has expertise in areas such as server configuration, driver test development, security systems, and application vulnerability management. At Meta, Philip contributes to the WhatsApp Security team by integrating Rust into Android applications, developing fuzzing frameworks, and managing application vulnerabilities. Philip holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
