Pierre Roux

Pierre Roux is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and engineering across various technology sectors. At Meta since March 2016, Pierre has held multiple director positions, including Director of Business Development for AI Partnerships, Blockchain Partnerships, Payments & Fintech, and Head of Business Development for Machine Learning & Spatial Computing. Prior experience at Atmel Corporation from November 2004 to March 2016 includes roles such as Director of Product Management for Wireless Connectivity & IoT Solutions and Field Application Engineering Manager for the Asia Pacific/Japan region. Pierre’s career also includes engineering positions at Scaleo chip, Nokia, and Hitachi, focusing on VLSI design and telecom infrastructures. Pierre earned an MSc in Telecommunications from UCL in 2002.
