Pradeep M is a seasoned technical writer and editor with extensive experience in leading documentation teams and managing technical writing projects across various industries. Beginning a career as a Technical Editor at Macmillan, Pradeep subsequently held positions at Newgen KnowledgeWorks and Mentorware before advancing to major roles at Nokia, including Senior Technical Writer and Project Manager, where responsibilities included restructuring documentation and implementing Agile methodologies. Most recently, as Technical Writing Manager at Meta, Pradeep managed a globally distributed team, spearheading documentation engineering initiatives and fostering collaboration between technical writers and engineering teams. Pradeep holds a Master of Science in Microbiology from St. Joseph's College, Bangalore University.
