Pranav Ramarao

Pranav Ramarao is a software engineer with a diverse range of experience in leading product and technology initiatives within high-profile companies. Currently employed at Meta since September 2024, focusing on GenAI within business messaging, Pranav co-founded Admits.com in June 2015, which has achieved significant user engagement and holds the largest U.S. database of historical records for student and graduate school matching. Previously, roles included Staff Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer at CoinTracker, where responsibilities centered on consumer products related to taxes and portfolio management, and a tenure at Google that spanned multiple engineering roles, including a focus on YouTube Ads and monetization strategies. Earlier experience also includes a Research Fellowship at Microsoft Research in India and contributions to open-source projects during Google Summer of Code. Pranav holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s Degree from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
